So, Rule 22, a pretty obvious rule if you ask me; but seems like I need to keep reminding it to people, so I made it a rule.
Rule 22 to how to EAT THE CAKE AND NOT GET FAT is…..EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No matter how many times I try to explain it, people (women) seem to think that cutting food is going to make them skinny. But it’s not going to make you skinny – it’s going to make you lose your hair and have weak bones FOREVER!
Your body is not going to recover from this; it might get better if you start to eat normal amounts again, but your body is ruined. FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!
Not eating can also cause you to stop your period. That might sound tempting but period is a woman’s best way to know if she ishealthy. If you have problems with your period or you don’t get it - you’re anything BUT healthy! So WAKE UP!
Not eating enough can slow your metabolism so if you’re not pooping at least once a day you’re not healthy. and if your poop is not shooting out of you, you’re not healthy as well.
Want to know some more fun facts? If you’re skinny because you’re not eating enough your % of body fat is super high; that’s right, when you’re not eating enough all you do is GAINING FAT! So guess what you are? FATTY!
  When you’re not eating enough all your body does is absorbing fat (your body’s easiest way to survive is by accumulating fat) so all the minerals and vitamins aren’t absorbed, so that even if you’re not skinny yet you can still die from a heart attack. (That’s what anorexic women die from..) Your heart CAN’T work without electrolytes, so if you’re not eating enough and then you add a workout to it you’re basically helping yourself to die and you don’t need to be anorexic skinny to die like that, you just need to be abuse your body.
A low blood pressure. You think you want it and a systolic blood press between 90 to 120 is healthy but if your low blood press is caused by malnutrition and not by a genetic tendency, then you get to deal with the dizziness and the feeling that you’re about to pass out every time you take a hot bath. Ever passed out in a tub? By yourself? I don’t know about you but I don’t want to happen to me.
Have you ever heard about something called Hypoglycemia? It occurs when your blood sugar is too low. By not eating enough, your blood sugar can drop. If this happens on a consistent basis, you can damage your liver or kidneys. It can even lead to brain damage and death.
Care to know some more? Because I have plenty of it, I’m very passionate about it. That’s why I found a way to EAT THE CAKE AND NOT GET FAT because not eating the cake is dangerous!
All the problems I told you about are irreversible. You might get your period back, depending on how bad your “not eating enough” was, but you might have problem with that for the rest of your life. When I got mine back every time I got my period I was puking my guts out! It hurt so much I couldn’t walk! I had to spend 3 hours on the bathroom floor because I couldn’t get up!
I’m not losing my hair as much but it didn’t grow to same size it was and my bones? I broke my hand twice in 2 years, I’m taking calcium supplement 3 times a day and I’m still on the low part of the “normal” level for calcium.
That the kind of life you want? Be skinny is fun but you got to do it smart and you NEED to eat to lose weight! You can do it in a smart way without damaging your body for life.
But in the end it’s your choice; there’s nothing I can do. Just tell you from my own experience and hope you’ll be smart enough to learn from me because you can EAT THE CAKE AND NOT GET FAT; it starts with…EATING!

And now, ladies and gentlemen….rule 21…spoil yourself for a better skinny happy you.
Holiday season is here and if you’re like me and you have a different event every week - that you need a different dress and shoes for – you’re afraid of gaining weight. You should be! Holiday season and the chocolate and pies that come with them is why the average person puts on 20lb during a holidays season!!!
20lb is a lot! So before I start calling you fatty I’ll explain to you how you can enjoy the holidays and not gaining 20lb in the process.
How does spoiling yourself help you lose weight? For a start, if you take care of yourself, then you take care of yourself in all aspects of life; including good nutrition (a.k.a. meal preparation) and moving your bum!
I love to indulge and this is how I EAT THE CAKE AND NOT GET FAT! By spoiling myself with an haircut, face cream, foot cream, hand cream, a comfy sweater and Starbucks holidays drink (it just tastes better in those cute red cups!). Think about it, if you take the time in the evening to brush you hair, put night cream, cuddle up with a comfy blanket you’re probably going to wake up in the morning and want to keep taking care of yourself and that includes eat clean (no packaged food) and move your bum.
And if we’re already talking about moving your bum, what better way to burn some calories than go to all those holiday parties and DANCE IT OFF?
I see that I’m kinda all over the place now so I’ll summarise it for you:
·         Start spoiling yourself (get a haircut, take a bath, cuddle up with your other half etc.). It’s fun and it’s a great way to remind yourself to put yourself and your body before anything else (including family, friends and co-workers).
·         If you’re going to a party, DANCE, DANCE, DANCE! You’re going to have fun, burn calories and get love and respect from others!
·         Eat beforehand and when you go there, spend more time talking to people and DANCING and have one dessert. You’re having fun, you’re networking and create friends and memories and still enjoying because you have a dessert, and you know you NEED to SPOIL yourself to get skinny J
·         Don’t drink. You already know what I think about drinking because you read rule # 2.
You get drunk in front of your co-worker can cause you some problem down the road, getting drunk with your family is a great way to become a FATTY because alcohol prevent you from burning fat for 3 whole days. So think about it.

·         Eat in moderation! Move your bum! Enjoy the holidays.

After everything I’m sure you think you know me and you already figured it out that I love cake and that I won’t give it up even if it’s guaranteed that I’ll be same size as the Kates (Middleton and Moss); well, you’re right, but there is one food that I love even more then chocolate and that is TOMATOES!!!
I can eat live just on tomatoes. I love them so much and I love them all (I do prefer grapes tomatoes in case you want to know what to buy me for my b-day). I’m able to not eat chocolate for a week but a day without tomatoes is not a day!
Now you’re going to say…”good for you! Eating veggies”. Well, just like fruit, not all veggies are create equals and there are some veggies that can cause you inflammations and inflammation can cause problems like: cancer, heart attack, MS, Parkinson desease, osteoporosis, diabetes, obesity, asthma and plenty others so you want to make sure you don’t have inflammations. And an easy way to do it is to make sure you don’t eat too much “nightshade veggies”
Nightshade are also called solanaceae.
They are known for having a high amount of toxins and the legend tells that in Central America the natives used them for poison.
We, humankind, eat them on a regular basis! We eat poison! I’m not here to judge you because tomatoes are one of the nightshades and like I said before I can live just on it, but I don’t! I eat one tomato a day and I cut on the rest of the nightshade.
Don’t eat more than one nightshade a day and if you can cut on it completely I will be there to support you!
What else is considered a nightshade?
Here is a short list: Potatoes, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, eggplant, tomatillos, tamarios, pepinos, pimentos, paprika, cayenne peppers and tobacco.
So you have something to think about and check again your plate because if you’re eating tons of salad and you don’t lose any weight it might have something to do with eating the cake is better than eating veggies!

It's Thanksgiving in a week!!!
This time it’s “eat the PUMPKING PIE and not get fat!”
Don’t you just love fall? I know I do! The scarves, the sweaters and squash!
Best time of the year to go to the farmers’ market if you ask me…
What do I love? Squash!!!
Why?
Here are a few reasons that should convince you to eat it:
·         It’s full of fibre.
·         It’s low in calories.
·         It’s high on vitamins A and C.
·         Squash is a high source of protein (the seeds).
·         Squash is high in omega 3 (the seeds).
·         Squash improves your heart health.
·         Squash also controls blood pressure.
·         Squash helps fighting cataract.
·         Squash decreases the chance of suffering from lung cancer or from any other lung problems.


And now after you all pumped up and are ready to go to buy any kind of squash out there let’s talk about what to do with them.
Well, the possibilities are endless, so let’s explore just a few of them.
1)      When you prepare squash ALWAYS keep the seeds. As I mentioned above they are high in omega 3 (the kind of fat you WANT and NEED) and protein.
Wash the seeds, dry them and roast them on 325F.
2)       Fill the Acorn! Cut in half, take the seeds out (roast them) and fill it. You can fill it with veggies and add quinoa. Now this is when it gets tricky, for the acorn to taste better you need to put butter and brown sugar/maple syrup, so don’t have it every night but have it a few times a season because it’s soooo good!
Bake them for 30 minutes in 450F.
3)      Make soup from scratch!
Choose whichever squash you want peel them, take out the seeds (roast them) cut into cubes and put it in a pot (you can add garlic and onion). Fill water until all is covered.
Cook until the squash is soft and you can make puree out of it. You can add more water if you need. Add half a cup of your choice of milk (0.25 cup of thick coconut milk), parsley and nutmeg.
4)      Make puree pumpkin, add any sweetener of your choice (I like maple syrup)  add cocoa, oats and your choice of nuts.
Make truffles and put in the fridge.
5)      Spaghetti squash! Or, how I like to look at it, “eat spaghetti, skip the calories”. You read right: there is a way to enjoy both worlds, and squash is the way!
Cut in half, take out the seeds, DON’T PEEL! Bake in oven for 40 minutes at 375F.
Run a fork in it to separate it. Make pasta sauce and enjoy!
6)      Feel like something crispy? Take zucchini squash, cut it really thin and bake with olive oil for 20 minutes on 375F. Yum Yum!
7)      Make gluten free, dairy free, deep fried free veggie burgers just by using butternut!
What do I do? I cook the butternut until I can make puree from it and then I add lentils/legumes and any other veggies/herb. I make a mini burger and bake it for 45 minutes on 375F.

Rule 19 of how to EAT THE CAKE AND NOT GET FAT is….eat antioxidants!
So, you know how it works by now right?
I’l explain to you what it is and then I’ll give you a list of foods that have high antioxidants that you NEED to add to your diet.
Antioxidants protect your body’s cells from damage. Cell damage happens naturally as you age, but also when you’re exposed to things like pollution, cigarette smoke, x-ray, alcohol and sun.
Cell damage can lead to problems like heart disease, diabetes, strokes, Alzheimer’s and cancer (especially skin cancer).
A good amount of antioxidants can help to support your: respiratory system, your metabolism and you natural probiotics (the things that help us fight infections and inflammations).
So basically if you want a long happy healthy life you should have a lot of it.
The daily recommended amount of it is 200mg but there’s a lot of research that connects  larger amount (than the 200 mg) of antioxidants with weight loss and I support those researches and I think you should to!
Now here is a list of  antioxidant rich foods:
·         All kind of berries with blueberry on the lead
·         Garlic
·         Broccoli
·         Green tea (try the one that is LOW on caffeine )
·         Pecan
·         Apples (all kinds with red delicious on the lead)
·         All kinds of beans with small red on the lead
·         Walnuts
·         Artichokes
And now are you ready for the food with the most antioxidants that you NEED in your diet?
DARK CHOCOLATE!
That’s right! You read right. One of the many benefits of dark chocolate is to protect you with the crazy amount of antioxidants in it, so go and eat some and remember: if you want to EAT THE CAKE AND NOT GET FAT you need to eat the cake because the dark chocolate in it can help you lose weight.

Rule 18 is……SLEEPING!
That’s right people, sleeping is not just healthy - it also helps with weight loss.
Let’s talk, first of all, about the HEALTH benefits of sleeping (being healthy is more important than being skinny, after all…):
·         Improving memory.
·         Lower risk of suffering from inflammatory proteins.
·         Lower risk of suffering from heart diseases, strokes, diabetes, obesity and depression
·         Live longer
Did I convince you already?
You need to sleep in order to live; it’s that simple, and I don’t care how busy you are. We all have 24 hours a day and we all manage to deal with that, you CAN NOT skip sleeping!

Now let’s talk about how it helps you with losing weight, ok?
Sleeping
·         Lowers the cortisol levels in your blood and boosts your metabolism,
·         Reduces stress,
·         Increase the hormone leptin (appetite-control hormones).
·         A study done by “Annals of Internal Medicine” determined that when dieters got a 8 hours’ sleep the weight they lost was FAT and not water or muscles, like the dieters who got less then 8 hours sleep.
·         A study done by University of Arizona determined that women that slept more than 7 hours kept they weight off.
Makes sense?

Rule 17 is SPROUTING!!!
Have you tried it yet? You should!
It’s not just tasty and filling; it is also full with nutrients that you NEED!
Let’s start by explaining what are sprouts.
When I say “sprout” I mean a sprout from a grain or from a seed.
The dictionary defines sprout as to begin to grow; as a plant from a seed.
When we grow a plant from seed we need to sprout it at first. But have you ever thought about eating the sprout and not the flowers or the fruits of the plant?
So now we have a way of doing just that! Isn’t it amazing?
We can sprout alfalfa, kale, broccoli, all kind of lentils and legumes, wheat, reddish etc.
We took superfood and made them uberfood!
I use a sprouter to sprout and you can get it in any health food store but if you find another way to sprout, that’s fine.
How we sprout does not matter; what matters is that we need to eat it and this is why:
·         Experts estimate that there can be up to 100 times more enzymes in sprouts than in uncooked fruits and vegetables.  Enzymes are special types of proteins that act as catalysts for all your body’s functions.
·         They increase the amount of vitamin B1 by up to 285%, of vitamin B2 by up to 515%, and of niacin by up to 256%.
·         Essential fatty acid content increases during the sprouting process.
Did I convince you?
How about that is low calories and full nutrient? (The opposite of ice cream!) so you can eat as much as you want and you can add it to everything you eat so you will become more full without having to worry about fat.

Rule 16 is about…..BREAKFAST!
I’m sure you heard it is the most important meal of the day; it’s when you get your energy for the day.
How many of you find it hard to eat breakfast?
Especially when you wake up at 5am for workout or take the dog for a walk,. It’s hard to eat at 5am.
What to eat for breakfast is also a big deal.
Cereal is gross and processed, bagel has L-cysteine (L-cysteine is an enzyme produce from human hair and duck feathers), four pieces of bacon have 800 mg sodium (2 GRAMS OF SALT!!!!) and coffee IS NOT considered as breakfast!!!
So what do we do?
Well, if you can find it in yourself to eat oatmeal (not instant), eggs, chicken, quinoa, rice (yes - everything you eat for lunch or dinner you can eat for breakfast) or fruit, then DO IT!
If you can’t find it in yourself - how about a smoothie?
It’s easy on the stomach, it’s easy to make and full of nutrition and GOOD calories!
Good calories is when you eat or drink something and it full with nutrition a bad calories is when you eat something and you don’t get anything from it, like chips or candies.
For a green healthy smoothie I created this instruction page for you:
1. Water

2. Pick your greens (1 big handful):
  Kale, spinach, beet greens, collard, swiss chard, lettuce… 

3. Choose your fruit (1-2 cups):
  Apple, all kind of melons, all kind of berries, pear, mango, peach, orange, pineapple, kiwi

4. Supercharge it (add as many as you like):
  Chia seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, nut butter, raw cacao, bee pollen, cinnamon, ginger

5. Add a sweetener (1 tbsp):
    Stevia, honey, maple, dates

Ready to rule 15?
Don’t eat bananas!
Eat a lot of veggies and fruits. They are a very poplar compound of every diet (besides the Atkins diet) but not all veggies and fruits are made equals and there are fruits which are even more of a big deal because they have a lot of sugar and potassium in them, and too many servings of fruits a day can lead to diabetes and other fun problems like dental decay, osteoporosis, wasting of muscle tissue, inability to maintain a healthy weight, chronic fatigue, skin problems, thinning hair, weakening nails and kidney diseases.
 First of all let’s look at some of the nutritional value of 1 banana:
Calories: 105
Carbs: 27 gm.
Potassium: 451 mg.
Just by looking at that you should think twice about eating bananas but there is something else I would like to talk about:
Candida.
We didn’t have the chance to talk about candida yet, so I’m going to summarise it for you.
Candida is a kind of yeast that sometimes grows out of control and creates all kind of problems from infections to digestive problems.
Some of the symptoms are: headaches, depression, sleep problems, anxiety attacks, panic attacks, OCD, heart beating too fast or irregularly, sexual problems — impotence or lack of desire, or excessive sexuality, ADD/ADHD, dizziness, “beer belly,”— excess weight centered around the abdomen, Hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar), constipation and/or diarrhoea, vaginal yeast infections, fungal toenails, eczema, rashes, psoriasis, prematurely graying hair, asthma and allergies, sweating at night, PMS, infertility (female) and miscarriages.
That is candida.
Sounds fun, right?
We can do so much to prevent it or cured it when we have it.
98% of us suffer from it.
If you don’t take the time to prevent it you will suffer from it and you will benefit from candida detox.
But we don’t talk about candida - we talk about bananas, that, besides having too much sugar in them, have this special thing that helps candida to grow faster and stronger and that is the big reason why you should stop eating bananas.
Kale has potassium, and so does cooked spinach.
You don’t have to eat bananas for the potassium in it; if you don’t eat bananas you are making another step to be candida-free. So why eat it?
A good rule of thumb to remember about fruits is that most of them we eat when they are rotten; this sweet taste they have? It’s because they are rotten!
Eating rotten food is bad for you and, depending on the amount, can kill you.

Hey!
I know it took me a long time to post another post but now I’m back!
This time I don’t want to talk about one of my rule I want to talk about the 80-20 rule.
The 80-20 rule is a great rule.
That mean that 80% of the time you eat healthy and 20% of the time you eat whatever you want.
In other words one unhealthy meal a day or 73 unhealthy days a year (like vacation and birthday party).
Super easy to follow this rule and it’s suitable to all ages.
What’s my problem with this rule? Well, most of what you eat  is from the 20% part and this is my problem. You think you eat healthy but guess what? YOU DON’T!
What’s worry me the most is your breakfast; I’ll put money that your breakfast is unhealthy but you think it is, so you eat more unhealthy things during the day and you don’t understand why you not healthy or why you fat.
What goes into the 20% part?
Anything process!
Any flour - with gluten or sans gluten (you like my French?)
Any type of dairy – cow, goat, soy, almond, rice, quinoa or any other grain you can think of.
Any process meat – bacon, sausage, ham and any other sandwich meat.
Any process sugar – if it’s not RAW honey or REAL maple it’s BAD! Even if it’s raw cane sugar it’s still bad.

What most people have for breakfast? (If they smart enough to eat breakfast and not just drink coffee).
Pancakes, waffles, toast with peanut butter and jam, cereal, yogurt, bagel with cream cheese, eggs and bacon, sausage or ham and muffins.
Beside the eggs part everything else is super unhealthy!
What can you eat for breakfast?
 How about eggs, fruit, veggies, fish, chicken breast, oats (not instant!!!) and potatoes (in moderation)?
Healthy unprocessed food to fuel you for your day and give you essential vitamins and minerals you need to function
Eating healthy 80 of the time is great just make sure it truly healthy and again.
I eat process food too but as a treat.
My latte – treat
Granola with almond milk - treat
I’m trying to keep it to one treat a day; If I have my latte I won’t have granola.
They both treat. Not food, TREAT!
It might sound weird but give it a try.
You going to see result so fast that you be shocked!

You’re going to love this rule! You’re going to jump and start dancing because rule #14 is why you NEED to eat junk food.
Junk food is bad for you. That’s why we called it junk food so why the hell would I tell you to eat it?
First of all, you’re going to do it anyway (I know I do) so you might as well know where, how much and why.
When you eat healthy it’s amazing but too much from anything is BAD!
Take spinach for example: The king of superfood. It’s soooo good for you! It has ridiculous amounts of everything that’s good for you!
Proteins, carbs, vitamins (A, B6, C, K, E), all the minerals you can think of, antioxidants and omega -3!
You can pretty much live on spinach; Pretty much, but not really.
Like I said before, spinach is good for you and one of the reason it’s so good is the minerals in it.
Have you ever seen a mineral? Pretty cool rock. Don’t get me wrong, but it’s still a freaking ROCK!!!
I’m not really sure how Popeye did not suffer from kidney stones but if you eat too much spinach you would suffer from them and something tells me you don’t want to pee a stone. Apparently it hurt.
Too much from a good thing is bad but it’s still better than too much junk so don’t run and O.D. on junk food; let me finish first.
Luckily for you it won’t be long this time because it’s pretty simple but somebody has to say it.
You NEED junk food for a few reasons:
1)      You can’t diet forever!
You can sure try but eventually you will break and then this scenario will happen:
You waited so long to eat that you go ballistic and empty the entire fridge and then you’re so disgusted with yourself and you feel so fat that you don’t see a reason to try to lose the weight so you eat MORE.

That’s not going to help you.
Give your body the break it needs and wants from your diet on your own terms so you can control the situation and not go ballistic.

2)      Life is too short to suffer!
I keep saying it and I will never stop saying it. If your body craves something once in a while let your body have it, just because it’s fun.
Healthy or not healthy, you NEED to enjoy life because it’s too short not to enjoy it!

3)      Don’t spoil your body too much!
Your body can and needs to work.
It’s good for your body to work hard and stay in shape and once in a while to remind itself it’s able to get rid of junk.
If you eat junk food like once a month your body gets rid of it so fast that eating pizza can make you lose weight.
Problems start when you eat it too often; but once in a while it GOOD you.
If 3 years have passed and you ate extremely healthy but then you break and eat junk food you might get super sick because your body can’t deal with that, but if you keep your body in a shape to get rid of junk your body doesn’t get overwhelmed with the junk and it’s capable of enjoying it and then get rid of it.
Like it should!
Your body can take a lot. Don’t abuse it but don’t overprotect it.

This is how I EAT THE CAKE AND NOT GET FAT, I eat junk food.
And no, cake is not junk:. it’s a cake J.

So we come to rule 13… This rule is also about something that you don’t want to eat but I promise rule #14 is going to make your day!
This rule is about dairy products.
I’m not going to get into all the vegan arguments about what we do to cows when we milk them and how gross we are that we drink other animals’ milk and not our own mothers’.
I’m not going to talk about the connection between dairy products and asthma, I’m not going to talk about how we drink cows’ milk but we find breastfeeding inappropriate and why breastfeeding is not just healthy for your baby but can also save you from breast cancer.
I’m not going to talk about it because this blog is about how to EAT THE CAKE AND NOT GET FAT.
My biggest problem with dairy products is this little minor thing called added hormones. 
People have been fighting for years about whether dairy products are good for people or not and I came to the understanding that there are good things in them (calcium and protein) but it’s not good for you.
However, drinking other kind of dairy free milk (soy, almond, rice etc.) is even worse because it is soooo processed.
I know many people who drink almond milk because it’s low on calories… They don’t even care that it’s high on so many other bad things (crazy amount of sodium, for example) All they see is the big label that says 40 calories a cup! And then they wonder why they don’t lose weight and in a lot of cases suffer from swollen face and arms.
I drink soy milk…it’s so bad for you that you can’t believe: soy is one of the most GMO (genetically modified organisms) food out there but drinking regular milk make my belly ache and soy tastes the best with my green tea latte… I love my green tea (but you know it from last week).
I made the decision to drink soy milk instead of regular milk but I keep on hoping one day my willpower will be strong enough to not drink it at all… But I’m not there yet (or close…maybe in like 15 years J )
This post it not about why drinking dairy free milk is good for you, because it’s bad for you as much as regular milk. This post is about why, if you do choose to consume dairy you HAVE to consume organic dairy products.
I’m not sure I’m being clear enough about it, so you HAVE HAVE HAVE HAVE HAVE HAVE HAVE HAVE
To consume organic dairy products, and that is also one of the reasons why I drink soy milk because when I go to a coffee shop they usually have organic soy milk but they never have organic milk so it’s easier for me to stick to soy then consuming tons of hormones.
If you’re not an alien you have probably heard something about hormones and other stuff they give to cows and chicken (and veggies) so they would grow faster and make more product so they can have more money.
All those growth hormones make you grow more, so even if you don’t care about your health or about animals (I hope you do care), even if you care just about your size, drinking this kind of milk will make you fat.
What else does it do to your body? How about I start with the age girls in North America get their first period and how many problems they have because of their premature puberty?
My mom made for me and for my siblings organic food and I was the last of my class to get my period. Here in North America the average age is 12… that is not normal!
So many girls and women have so many problems because of it, with so complicated names I can’t even write so forget about pronouncing them!
You know what they tell those 12 year old girls to do? They put them on pills! Because if we give growth hormones to cows and make you sick we should give you more hormones to… I’m not really sure why… But a 12 year old shouldn’t be on birth control (they shouldn’t be having sex but If they do they should be on birth control).
How about I end up talking about what happens to the workers who give hormones shots to the cows? If they accidently touch it with bare skin…CANCER.
One word that summarizes it all . I know those people so I don’t try to scare you; I’m just telling you some stories that happened to my friends.
That is sad but it happened.
What they give to cows cause them cancer; how can you drink it and be safe?
Organic dairy products are not that expensive: the difference is less than a dollar!
And even if it were expensive…. have you priced cancer recently?
I just bought some organic yogurt to see how it affects my body… I promise to keep you updated… But if you do choose to consume dairy products (and that is completely up to you) I beg you to stick to organic. That’s one thing that is black or white for me… If you can’t get organic dairy DO NOT CONSUME IT AT ALL!
We consume so much dairy products on a daily basis that it becomes a matter of life and death.
If you do consume dairy products I suggest to not consume more the half a cup a day and I suggest to consume yogurt with probiotic as you dairy for the day.
That’s what I do and that’s how I EAT THE CAKE AND NOT GET FAT J.
